02:02 – Quesadilla Tuna Melt
04:01 – Flatbread Panini Sandwich
05:40 – Avocado Toast
07:30 – Asian Beef Lettuce Wraps
09:32 – Taco Salad
Tuna Melt Quesadilla
INGREDIENTS:
½ tbsp mayo
2 tbsp salsa
Canned tuna
Flour tortilla
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Drain tuna.
Mix in mayo and salsa.
Spread tuna mixture onto your flour tortilla.
Sprinkle cheese over top of tuna and close your tortilla.
Rub a small amount of oil onto each side of your tortilla and place in your handy dandy George Foreman grill. Grill until your tortilla is nice and toasty and your cheese is melted.
Turkey Flatbread
INGREDIENTS:
Shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup finely chopped lettuce
Sliced turkey
Flatbread
Honey mustard
Sprinkle cheese onto the flatbread.
Layer turkey slices over the cheese.
Mix honey mustard with lettuce and place the lettuce over top of turkey.
Fold your flatbread over and toast on your George Foreman grill until toasty.
Avocado Toast
INGREDIENTS:
Jarred peppers
½ of a ripe of avocado
Pickles
Garlic clove
Bread of your choice
Drizzle olive oilover your bread and toast in your toaster oven.
Rub your peeled garlic over your toast for added flavor.
Spread the avocado over your toast.
Layer on sliced pickles over your avocado.
Top with jarred peppers and dig in!
Roast Beef Lettuce Wraps
INGREDIENTS:
Lettuce
Roast Beef
¼ cup of shredded carrots
Sesame Seeds
2-3 tbsp Soy Sauce
Grease and heat your George Foreman grill.
Place shredded carrots in your grill and close. Allow to cook.
Rip up some roast beef and place over the carrots on the grill, stirring occasionally. Allow to cook until tender.
Drizzle soy sauce over carrots and roast beef.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Peel back lettuce and fill with roast beef mixture. Enjoy
Taco Salad
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp salsa
2 tbsp plain yogurt
½ a can of black beans
2 rough chopped lettuce
1 flour tortilla
Cut your tortilla into mini strips. Place in toaster oven tray and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and toast until golden brown.
Place your lettuce into a bowl.
Add your beans and your tortilla strips.
Add in your yogurt and salsa. Toss and serve. Bon Appetit!
