How to make an Easy Breakfast Recipe : Spinach, Eggs and Cheese
Ingredients
400 g spinach, cut into pieces
2 eggs
2 slices of cheddar cheese (American cheese)
1 tablespoon butter
A little salt
A little ground white pepper
1 tablespoon butter
Steps
1.In a mixing bowl, crack in eggs.
2.Season with a little salt and ground white pepper.
3.Whisk the ingredients together with a fork until well combined.
4.In a flying pan on medium heat, melt the butter.
5.Once the butter has melted, stir in the spinach for about 1 to 2 minutes.
6.Season with a little salt and ground white pepper.
7.Pour in the eggs mixture.
9.Add in the slices of cheddar cheese.
10.Once the eggs are close cooked, stir all the ingredients until combined.
11.Transfer the easy spinach, egg and cheese into a plate and serve immediately. Enjoy!
