Ingredients :
1 Cup – Semolina (Suji) Grinded – Barik
2 no – Potato (Raw) Medium Size – Grated
Take a Big Bowl and add
1 Cup – Semolina
1/2 Cup – Besan
3/4 Cup – Curd
add Grated Potato
2 Cup – Finely Chopped Fenugreek Leaves ( Methi )
1/4 Cup – Fresh Garlic Chopped or Normal Garlic Crushed
1/4 Cup – Corainder Leaves Chopped
2 tbsp – Ginger Chilli Paste
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp – Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp – Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp – Asafoetida ( Hing )
1 tbsp – Sesame
Mix Everything Properly add Water and make a Medium thick batter
Take a Tadka Pan
1/2 Cup – Oil
add above Oil into batter
Keep Steamer On the Flame amd Heat Properly
In the batter add
1/2 tsp – Baking Soda
1 tsp – Water
Mix batter Properly
Take a Aluminum Round Mold 7 ‘ Size ,Pour the batter
Sprinkle Sesame , Sprinkle Chili Flakes
Keep it in Steamer for Steam and Steam at least 15-18 min , After that Keep it for Rest and Let Completely Cool
Demold and Cut Like Pizza , Triangular
Take a Pan and add
2 tbsp – Peanut Oil
and add
1 tsp – Sesame
Put Ulta On Pan
Arrange all the things
and Roast in Slow Flame till little Golden and Crisp
